Lacom B.V. is a wholesale company in silver and gemstones, established in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

What data do we collect?

We collect: company name, contact details (name, email, phone), billing and shipping address, Chamber of Commerce and VAT number, order history and payment details.

How do we use your data?

Your data is used for: order processing, invoicing, communication about your order, account management, and legal obligations (tax administration).

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with: payment providers (Mollie), shipping services, and government authorities when legally required. We never sell your data to third parties.

Retention periods

Account data is retained as long as you have an active account. Order data is retained for 7 years in accordance with tax retention requirements.

Cookies

Functional cookies (session, cart, preferences) are always active — the webshop cannot work without them. We do not ask consent for these, nor are we required to.

We also use Google Ads and Google Consent Mode v2 to measure which ads lead to a registration. Cookies for this (such as _gcl_au) are only placed, and data is only shared with Google, after you explicitly consent via the cookie banner. If you decline, nothing is placed and nothing is sent; only anonymised measurement remains via Consent Mode v2.
